How Our Kintsugi Repair Works
- Initial Assessment: Send us photographs of your damaged ceramic piece for an individual assessment and quotation.
- Repair Consultation: We consider the condition of each piece and recommend an appropriate repair method and finish.
- Traditional Restoration: Each repair is carried out by hand using natural Japanese urushi lacquer, following the traditional process of layering and curing.
- Completion: Once the restoration is finished, photographs will be provided before collection or return delivery is arranged.
