Brother Kings Exhibition in Nanjing Museum

How classy is the aristocrats’ life 2000 years ago? Brother Kings, the exhibition now in the Nanjing Museum, unveils the life of the kings in the Han Dynasty for us. All the cultural relics on the show are from the tombs of two kings, Liu Fei and Liu Sheng, in the Han Dynasty. They were both Emperor Jing’s sons. The carefully chosen items include the exquisite and environmental-friendly Changxin Palace Lamp, copper wine pots for banquets, a copper pot with separate parts and jade clothes sewn with gold wire. Chen Gang, associate research fellow of the Nanjing Museum, gave an interview to Yit and talked about archeology, exhibition and tomb robberies.
